The Althaus restaurant designed by PB Studio with Filip Kozarski has a Southern Germany vibe, reflecting the Bavarian cuisine served there.  Using materials such as natural, golden oak, bottle green and copper which appears in decorative elements such as lamps, mosaic and chandelier, all makes reference to traditional beer production.

Each room has its own personality, with a combination of calfskins and white painted wood is prevailing on the ground floor, central to the upper floor there is the bar panelled in the same dark bottle green. The two rooms surrounding the bar are dominated with natural oak, white painted brick and dark green velvet.

Althaus has a solid and homely interior with a sense of tradition and comfort, combining rustic elements with fresh modern style statements.  The winning feature for us is the stunning lighting feature made from repurposed copper piping.
