Designed by architect and set designer Maurizio Lai of Lai Studio in Milan, Taiyo Sushi Bar was inspired by a contemporary international image, and the visual identity of this sushi restaurant is one of strong impact.
The main environment consists of a large central hall and two secondary rooms, heavily embellished with light fittings and rich materials, where a lush variety of scenic elements suffuse the ambience as a whole.
A third dining room is located downstairs, where a spectacular infinity mirror installation is located at the entrance.
Design customisation is pursued to the smallest details, and the space is filled with a unique charm, from the geometric design of the metal mesh that forms the ceiling, to the backlit wall coverings made of glass, metal or carved wood.
The set of furniture elements is also an original design, as are the lighting fixtures and the wall prints – which are in a large abstract style.
